2025 Annual Report Supporting Those Who Support Our Seniors

The Visiting Angels Foundation 2025 Annual Report 1

Letter from the Board President Members of the Visiting Angels Family,

The Visiting Angels Foundation exists because of the work our franchisees, their caregivers, and their staff provide in their communities every day. Caring for America’s seniors is a cherished responsibility that Visiting Angels has been honored to undertake for more than 30 years. Through this work, we have seen firsthand that many seniors lack the financial resources needed to afford essential care and support. In response, the Foundation is honored to support hundreds of nonprofit organizations nationwide that provide housing, medical care, food, transportation, and other critical services to vulnerable seniors. We could not do this work without you. The Visiting Angels Foundation is an extension of your compassion, generosity, and dedication. Because of your support, thousands of seniors benefited this year from the organizations funded by the Foundation. Your gifts made a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable seniors and their families across the country. Thank you!

Dan Drennen Board President

Letter from the Executive Director Dear Friends of the Visiting Angels Foundation,

Welcome to our Foundation’s first-ever annual report. Our goal with this report is to give you a brief overview of our work this past year and of the impact you

are making through your support of the Visiting Angels Foundation. Since our launch in 2021, the Foundation has provided hundreds of thousands of dollars in grants to dozens of organizations, from Atlantic City, NJ, to Southern California, and everywhere in between. We are guided by the same ethos that guides Visiting Angels itself: that every senior deserves to age with dignity. In these pages, you will see a small sampling of the work you have made possible. Thank you! Joe Garecht Executive Director

2 The Visiting Angels Foundation 2025 Annual Report

About the Foundation The Visiting Angels Foundation is the non-profit arm of Visiting Angels. For the past 27 years, the Visiting Angels Corporation has provided top-quality in-home care to senior citizens. One of our commitments in our day-to-day business is to ensure that our seniors can maintain their dignity as they age. We created the Visiting Angels Foundation because we believe all seniors should enjoy that same right.

Our Mission The Visiting Angels Foundation exists to help vulnerable seniors afford the basic care and support they need so they can age in place with dignity and grace. We pursue this mission by identifying and supporting high-quality nonprofit organizations that provide seniors with essential services such as food and nutrition, medical and healthcare needs, transportation, financial support, in-home care, and housing, and awarding grants to help those organizations continue their important work. Our Vision We envision a world where every senior citizen has access to quality, affordable care and the social, medical, educational, and support services that enable them to live safely at home. In that future, seniors do not have to choose between basic necessities and basic care, but instead can age with dignity, compassion, and the care they need, regardless of financial circumstances.

Board of Directors The Visiting Angels Foundation is guided by our Board of Directors, who ensure that the Foundation carries out its mission effectively and efficiently. We thank our board for their hard work this year! Dan Drennen, Board President Greg Landes, Chief Financial Officer Scott Parrish, Director

Dave Ritterling, Director Jerry Capaccio, Director

A Special Thank You to Larry Meigs The Visiting Angels Foundation is the result of the vision of Visiting Angels CEO Larry Meigs. This has allowed us to build a 4-year legacy of supporting dozens of organizations helping tens of thousands of seniors. Larry also generously supports the Foundation each year with a gift that fully covers our operating expenses and provides significant funds for our grant-making program. Thank you, Larry!

2025 Foundation Highlights Most Successful Fundraising Year Ever

The Visiting Angels Foundation relies on support from Visiting Angels franchisees, staff, clients, client families, and other friends of the organization to carry out its work. We are happy to announce that 2025 was our most successful fundraising year ever. This year, we raised $211,661.51 to support vulnerable seniors. Thank you for your gifts to the Visiting Angels Foundation!

2025 Visiting Angels Annual Conference

One of the highlights for our foundation each year is attending the Visiting Angels Annual Conference to discuss our work with franchisees and staff from around the nation. This year in Boston, we were honored to host a table in the vendor corridor, where we spoke with hundreds of attendees throughout the event. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table to discuss our grant-making progress, make a gift to the Foundation, or just to say “hello!” We’ll see you in Scottsdale this summer!

Visiting Angels Day of Giving On September 24, 2025, the Foundation held its second annual Day of Giving. This is a day focused on raising awareness of our work and funds to support our mission. This year, we set a goal of raising $20,000 (double what we raised during our first Day of Giving). Thanks to support from across the Visiting Angels community, we exceeded our goal, raising $23,950. 100% of this amount will go directly to providing grants to worthwhile organizations serving vulnerable seniors. Thank you for your support!
